Apologies for the delayed communication, there were some internal anomalies which we wanted to be sure were rectified.

We will be replacing our existing firewalls in our physical datacentres. These will provide us with increased capacity for future growth as well improved security. We anticipate a single outage during the switchover of between 5 and 15 minutes.
